RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Defective or Damaged Items

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at <momentsbykat.support@gmail.com>. We'll ask you to provide photos of the issue so we can review it. Once approved, we'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item.

Wrong Size or Fit

If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help with a one-time exchange. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange for a replacement in the correct size. You may keep the original item. Please note that exchange shipping fees may apply.

Custom-Printed Items

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size charts and product descriptions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
